ALL INSPIRE SPORTS VICTORIA STAFF HAVE:

-Certification in Gymnastics by the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)

-Qualification in First Aid

-Certification in "Making Ethical Decisions" by the Canadian Institute of Sport

-Criminal Record / Vulnerable Population Checks

We Are KPL (Kids Physical Literacy)

Physical literacy is the ability for an individual to move competently and confidently in all types of environments. Physical literacy builds childrens four main areas of development: cognitive, social, emotional and physical. What better way to learn than through Gymnastics!

The Inspire Sports Way

Based on sensitive periods for development of children's physical literacy, supplemented by advanced sports concepts and suitable sports equipment, Inspire Sports uses FMP (Fundamental Movements Patterns) and MCP (Movement Competence Performance) training as the basic means to design a sports course that meets the laws of children's physical and mental development to improve their physical literacy.
